𝐅𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝟖𝐭𝐡 “𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬” 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 

FIDE Chess in Education Commission is pleased to announce the dates of the new Preparation of Teachers course.

The course will be held online in English between 𝟐𝟖-𝟑𝟎 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 2023.

The target audience is teachers, chess educators, beginner and advanced players who have a basic knowledge of chess and experience working with children.

Participants, based upon their exam result, qualify for the 𝑭𝑰𝑫𝑬 𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be offered 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬, which currently hold more than 9.6 million official over-the-board human chess games and are growing on a monthly basis.
